Thus , from the specification given I was required to analyse the requirements , design a system to meet the requirements , implement my system and finally maintain it . Consequently my assignments included the writing of algorithms and Jackson Structured Programs , which led to the production of program code and testing of the system . The finished assignment had to be fully documented throughout and critically evaluated .
